COVID-19 UPDATE FROM WILLIAMS & DAILY
To Our Patients,
Thank you all for your patience this week as we have done our very best to navigate these new realities and work through some extremely difficult decisions. The very heartbeat of what we do is our team and our patients. With that in mind, we have made the decision to remain closed for the next three weeks, unless the American Dental Association (ADA) recommendation changes. Our staff will be paid during their time off, so there will be no hardships there.
Please know that we did not come to this decision lightly. We have done our part to consider different scenarios and the associated risks to our team and patients. We have followed the ever evolving news, and just as you rely on us to provide you the best dental care we have relied on infectious disease experts and our dental community to help us come to this unprecedented decision.
We will begin contacting all patients to reschedule existing appointments which fall in this three week timeline. This is a large undertaking which will happen mostly remote, so please continue to be patient with our team as we work through the schedule.
We would like to once again assure you that we have not had a known exposure in our office by our staff, patients, or anyone directly related.
We will continue to see patients of record on an emergency basis only, during regular business hours. If you have an emergency, please call our office to leave a message and someone will return your call.
When we reopen, we may have a few changes. We would prefer that you do not bring anyone with you to your appointment that does not have to be here. If you have any fever, cough or sore throat, we will gladly reschedule you as we want to protect others and our staff.
That all being said, please do your best to help flatten out the growth curve of this virus by staying home if possible for the next few weeks!
